Nick Mastrangelo, Broker Associate of Regional Properties Group brings over 30 years of experience as a full-time, top producing agent throughout New Haven and Fairfield counties.  From the very start of his career, Nick built a reputation of providing the finest service for each and every client. As a listing broker, the process starts with a customized marketing plan for each specific property designed to generate maximum activity. A full-time Realtor since 1986, Nick Mastrangelo has a diverse portfolio of real estate sales specialties. Early in his career, he was responsible for developing one of the largest corporate sales divisions throughout the state, and an impressive client roster of asset management companies and government agencies to marketing their homes to hundreds of buyers each year, eager to have a piece of the American Dream. Over the years, Nick has served as Director of REO Services and Managing Partner for two major real estate firms, and currently Broker Associate and Director of REO Services with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Today his seasoned team Regional Properties Group, consists of highly seasoned agents capable of handling corporate and privately owned real estate sales and marketing. Together they have been recognized by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage for their sales achievements ranking them in the Top 1% of all Coldwell Banker agents nationwide.
